On November 15, 2024, the first production line of the strategic cooperation between DTS and Tetra Pak, the world's leading packaging solution provider, was officially landed in the customer's factory. This cooperation heralds the deep integration of the two parties in the world's first new packaging form - Tetra Pak packaging products, and jointly open a new chapter in the canned food industry.
DTS, as a leader in China's canned food sterilization industry, has won wide recognition in the industry with its excellent technical strength and innovation ability. Tetra Pak, as a world-renowned packaging solutions provider, has made great contributions to the development of the global food and beverage industry with its advanced technology and high-quality products. The innovative packaging material, Tetra Pak, is a new packaging choice for canned food in the 21st century, using a new can packaging method of food + carton + sterilizer to replace the traditional tinplate packaging to achieve a long shelf life of prepared food without adding preservatives. The cooperation between the two sides is not only a strong combination, but also a complementary advantage, indicating that the two sides will create more possibilities in the field of food packaging and canning food sterilization.
The foundation of this partnership was laid as early as 2017, when Tetra Pak began to expand its business in China, it began to look for a Chinese sterilizer supplier. However, with the outbreak of the epidemic, Tetra Pak's plans to find local suppliers in China have been put on hold. Until 2023, thanks to the trust and strong recommendation of customers using Tetra Pak packaging products, Tetra Pak and DTS were able to reestablish contact. After a rigorous review process by Tetra Pak, we finally reached this cooperation.
In September 2023, DTS provided Tetra Pak with three water spray sterilizers with a diameter of 1.4 meters and four baskets. This batch of sterilizer equipment is mainly used for the sterilization of Tetra Pak packaged cans. This initiative not only improves the efficiency and production capacity of the production line, but also an important guarantee for food safety and quality. The introduction of the sterilizer will ensure the beauty and integrity of the packaging when Tetra Pak packaging cans are sterilized, and maintain the original flavor of the food, ensure its safety during storage and transportation, and better meet the pursuit of consumers for high quality of life.
