How does DTS reduce the operating risks of high-temperature sterilizers?
DTS's high-temperature sterilizer also adopt a series of safety protection mechanisms to minimize the risk of human error the appropriate protective measures that workers must take.
· Control the pressure inside the sterilizer through multiple pressure valves and advanced control system.
· Multiple system safety alarm prompts are adopted, and each valve corresponds to the corresponding safety alarm system.
· Trap valve can prevent the water level from being too high when the sterilizer door is opened and causing too much water to overflow and soak the room.
· Ensure welds on vessels comply with Pressure Equipment Management Regulations.
· A 4-fold safety interlock is set when the sterilizer door is opened, which provides full safety protection during the sterilization process to prevent the sterilization from starting when the sterilizer door is not completely closed, or from being opened before the sterilization process is completed.
· Install locks on key locations such as the electric control box, air control box and operating screen.

Operators of high temperature sterilizer must be trained and qualified to operate them. These workers must have sufficient training and experience to be able to identify risks, analyze risks and avoid risks arising from the use of electricity, machinery and the process of using the sterilizer.
