The Processing of Instant Bird's Nest
After each bowl of bird’s nest is soaked and picked, each bottle of bird’s nest is individually fed and encapsulated, and then directly enters the airtight sterilization retort for high-temperature sterilization and stew at 121°C. Common Sterilization Processing of Bird's Nest:
First sterilization: At first raise the temperature of the sterilization retort to 70~80℃, then put the semi-finished bird's nest into a sterilization retort and cook for 15 to 45 minutes.
Secondary sterilization: After cooking, the temperature is raised to 121°C, and after sterilization for 3-10 minutes, it is cooled out of the retort to obtain instant bird's nest.
