In addition, the powerful fan will ensure that the steam in the retort forms an effective circulation, so that the steam is evenly distributed in the retort and improves the heat exchange efficiency.

 

During the entire process, the pressure inside the sterilization retort is controlled by the program through an automatic valve for feeding or discharging compressed air. Since it is a mixed sterilization of steam and air, the pressure in the retort is not affected by temperature. The pressure can be freely set according to the packaging of different products, making the equipment applicable to a wider range of applications (applicable to three-piece cans, two-piece cans, flexible packaging bags, glass bottles, plastic packaging, etc.).

 

The temperature distribution uniformity in the retort is +/-0.3℃, and the pressure is controlled at 0.05Bar. Ensure the efficiency of the sterilization process and the stability of product quality.
